All sessions are run by qualified Nordic Walking instructors and poles are included in the price. For those new to Nordic Walking sessions start with a demonstration and plenty of practice to help master the technique of using the poles.
Sessions start with some warm up exercises to prepare your body for a walk around the forest. The instructor will be helping to improve your technique along the way. Each session will end with some cool down stretches to prevent your body aching the next day.
