20% off cycle hire at Bike Art
HL 06-10 Terms & Conditions
Valid from 1 March 2011
1. These terms and conditions are specific to Bike Art customer offer known as ‘20% off cycle hire at Bike Art’, which is offered as part of the Forestry Commission’s ‘Discovery Pass’.
2. The offer enables customers to claim 20% discount off the price (as advertised on the day of hire) on the hire of cycles from Bike Art.
3. The offer applies to a maximum booking of four cycles.
4. The offer applies on weekdays excluding school and bank holidays.
5. An eligible customer may make further claims under this offer for further visits made on separate days.
6. Unless specified in the offer terms & conditions, offers are not available to Bike Art staff, FC staff or their families.
7. Unless specified this offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
8. The offer is valid from 1st March 2010 until 31 March 2012.
9. Taking up or claiming the offer constitutes an agreement between the Bike Art & the customer, whereby the customer agrees to all applicable terms and conditions.
10. All offers are subject to published Bike Art opening hours.
11. Customer details provided will not be provided to third parties.
12. Booking on 01842 810090 is recommended as presentation of ‘Discovery pass’ does not guarantee cycle availability.
13. Bike Art reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
14. All cycle hire terms and conditions as published on the day of hire apply.
15. Cannot be used in conjunction with group booking facility.
Free Bike Wash Offer
HL07-10 - Terms & Conditions
Valid from 1 March 2011
1. These terms and conditions are specific to the High Lodge Customer offer known as ‘Free Bike Wash’, reference number HL07-10.
2. The offer enables customers who have a valid voucher a single of use of the bike wash at Bike Art, at no cost to the customer.
3. The vouchers are transferable to a third party.
4. The offer is available until 31 March 2012.
5. The vouchers are valid until 31 October 2012.
6. This offer can be used in conjunction with other High Lodge customer offers.
7. The High Lodge customer offer general terms & conditions as published on High Lodge Web Pages on the day the offer is taken up apply.
8. The use of the bike wash is subject to the terms and conditions of use as published on the day of use.
