England Executive Board (EEB)
The England Executive Board’s chief role is to provide leadership for the Forestry Commission in England (FCE) by setting the strategic framework for all of our business in England. This includes forward planning, ensuring the resources to deliver the plans are available, monitoring performance and managing risk, and ensuring that we communicate our work clearly and consistently.
