Exceptional Permission	£60.00/card (minimum)	To cover circumstances out with the HLFC Vehicle Access Terms and Conditions. Each application will be dealt with on its individual merits.
Season ticket administration fee	£5.00/change	Subsequent changes to details beyond initial purchase.                                                   For example:  Change of registration number Address change

In the unlikely event of the pay stations not being available for payment, the exit barriers will be raised.
