Christmas Dinner (White Lion, Bala): December 7th

 

Yet another large turn out for an enjoyable afternoon. The room was at capacity. We had the pleasure of our invited guests joining us. Ruth Jenkins was our after dinner speaker. This is a good chance for us to be brought up to speed with all the latest information and to have a look to the future. We had also invited Sue Fuge and her partner to join us. At a meeting with the Director Wales earlier in the year he had offered the FC services at Aberystwyth to handle our distribution of invites, minutes and agendas and he had nominated Sue to be our link. This is going to be a tremendous help to us. We have limited income and we can now make much better use of this. He also offered us FC web facilities with Jeff as our contact and that is how you can be reading these pages. We look forward to this close liaison continuing.
