Regional Grant Availability

For grants to be paid from April 2009 to March 2010

Land Registration:
All areas included within England Woodland Grant Scheme applications require to be registered with the Rural Land Registry. Please refer to Customer Land Registration page. Many areas of woodland which were receiving grant from the Forestry Commission in the last 3 years have already been registered by the Forestry Commission. We can assist you in determining whether your woodland has been registered by checking our map information. If you have received grant from us in the last 3 years and therefore should already be registered, feel free to contact us to confirm whether this is the case or not.

Budget Information:
The Forestry Commission still awaits a confirmed budget for financial year 2009/2010 and beyond, so our regional EWGS budget allocation has not yet been finalised. Despite this, we are open for new EWGS applications for payment of grants from April 2009 to March 2010 at the moment.  The table below will be updated when budget settlements have been published and we can confirm the outstanding grant availability for each grant type in the region.

Please refer to the England Prospectuses and Grant Availability webpage for further information.
