Bedgebury Concerts - Terms & Conditions

  • This event will continue regardless of weather except in extreme circumstances
  • Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Please take care of tickets as duplicates can not be issued under any circumstances
  • No glass bottles, cans, non plastic containers, plastic drinks containers larger than 2 litres, non plastic cutlery or crockery can be brought into the Arena. **
  • The Forestry Commission will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property brought on to the Venue
  • The use of audio, audio visual or video equipment, photographic equipment i.e. professional equipment is strictly prohibited
  • No access to children under 16 unless accompanied by parent/guardian (16+). The Forestry Commission may refuse entry without valid proof of age.
  • The Forestry Commission cannot be responsible for damage or injury caused by third parties or for loss of valuables carried on site or left in vehicles
  • Any person who fails or refuses to comply with instructions from any steward or other persons acting for the Forestry Commission may be removed from the venue and surrounding Forestry Commission Land
  • You are advised to wear suitable clothing/footwear for outdoor Forest Venues
  • The Forestry Commission reserves the right to refuse admission. NO person considered drunk or under the influence of drugs will be admitted.
  • The use of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance of these conditions by the holder
  • The Forestry Commission reserves the right to search all persons and all personal property
  • Fireworks, BBQ’s, sparklers, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas, gazebos, tables and any other items considered by the Forestry Commission or Security stewards to be a potential hazard are strictly prohibited.
  • All Forest venues operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs, drunken behaviour or drunken abuse.
  • Any person found not using the appropriate toilet facilities can be removed from the arena.
  • Any person considered by the Forestry Commission to be a public nuisance will be removed from the arena.
  • Any person found to be ‘crowd surfing’ or ‘moshing’ in the stage area will be ejected and the venue operates a no re-entry policy
  • It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 if they knowingly consume or purchase alcohol on forest premises
  • It is an offence for persons over 18 to offer or purchase alcohol for persons under 18 on forest premises
  • We do not tolerate violent behaviour towards our staff. Any offenders will be prosecuted.
  • Ticket holders consent to the use of recording, filming, broadcast media, CCTV and photographic pictures that may be used for promotional purposes, by artists as a live product or for security purposes.
  • Tickets are issued subject to the byelaws of the Forestry Commission which are available from any Forestry Commission office
  • Tickets cannot be sold or used for competitions, promotions, or hospitality packages without written consent from the Forestry Commission and any ticket so used may be void and the user refused admission.
