Salary in the range of £20,242 – £25,909 and benefits

You’ll provide support and guidance in the maintenance, repair and improvement of buildings and also advise as project manager on new projects.

You must be a qualified building surveyor or clerk of works (minimum ONC/OND) with some professional experience in the field. Competency in MS Office systems and GIS is also required.

Some sites have no public transport access so you should hold a full UK driving licence. However, we are willing to consider any proposals put forward by disabled applicants, whose disability prevents them from driving, that would allow them to do the job by another means.
