£39,475 plus benefits You will be responsible for the overall management of the Area Land Agent (ALA) and Building & Capital Works teams within Scotland, providing overall leadership and guidance to ALA’s and other staff. You’ll also act as Area Land Agent within your own geographic area. Substantial experience, ideally in Scotland, of the full range of rural estate management work is essential, as well as membership of the RICS. The ability to analyse complex property related issues and use professional experience and knowledge to suggest business orientated solutions is also required. A working knowledge of IT systems, including GIS would be desirable. A full driving licence is required, however, we will consider proposals put forward by disabled applicants, whose disability prevents them from driving, which allows them to do the job by another means.
