£32,101 plus benefits

You will act as property manager in respect of our built estate. This will include management of maintenance and capital building projects, and input into the safe and effective management of the estate from both a strategic and operational perspective.

This post would be ideally suited to an experienced Building Surveyor with a proven track record in project managing maintenance and capital projects. You’ll have effectively managed contractors and external consultants to deliver works programmes, whilst developing robust procurement and reporting systems.

The duties of this post require a full driving licence, however, we will consider proposals put forward by disabled applicants, whose disability prevents them from driving, which allows them to do the job by another means.
