Full-time Fixed Term Appointment until March 2010 (extension of the contract, conversion to permanency or transfer to another part of the civil service is possible although there is no guarantee) £23,718 and benefits As a Diversity Trainer you’ll help develop a working environment that seeks out and celebrates diversity. You’ll have experience of identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions. Your focus will be to deliver diversity training to a large variety of audiences across Forestry Commission and ensure that staff and team members are keeping to Forestry Commission procedures and quality standards. A good knowledge of current diversity issues and an understanding of the legislative framework as well as coaching skills are essential.
