Full-time Fixed Term Appointment until March 2010 (extension of the contract, conversion to permanency or transfer to another part of the civil service is possible although there is no guarantee)

As a Diversity Trainer you’ll help develop a working environment that seeks out and celebrates diversity. You’ll have experience of identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions. 

Your focus will be to deliver diversity training to a large variety of audiences across Forestry Commission and ensure that staff and team members are keeping to Forestry Commission procedures and quality standards.

A good knowledge of current diversity issues and an understanding of the legislative framework as well as coaching skills are essential.
