You’ll drive forward the development and delivery of equality impact assessment across Forestry Commission England, providing support and guidance in all areas of diversity and equality. You’ll have the ability to work closely with managers throughout England, helping them expand their understanding of this developing agenda in a supportive way, liaising also with colleagues in the Commission at GB level.

You must have experience of supporting diversity and equality work in the public sector, along with a thorough understanding and awareness of legislation and good practice in the field. You’ll be required to travel to various locations in the UK, which might involve stays away from home.
