Children's birthday parties

Information on Wild Style Birthday Parties at Wendover Woods

Availability:

• WEDNESDAY lunchtime (from 11am) or after school in SUMMER ONLY (April - September).
• Ranger activity only during the Bucks and Herts school holidays. However in SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS the cafe food options WILL be available.
• SATURDAY lunchtime (from 11am) in WINTER ONLY (October - March) 

Cost

• £50 + café food of which there are 2 options at £3.50 or £4.50 per child. Adult food options are also available. For all food enquiries, please contact the Cafe in the Woods 07716 129534 or 07988 844945.

Numbers

• Minimum of 5 children, maximum of 25. There must be 1 adult present for every 5 children.

Age Range

• 4 to 12 years.

Ranger Activities

• There are several activities to choose from. Each lasts 1 hour.

Food Options

• This is eaten on outside tables, which we reserve for you. During inclement weather we will endeavour to provide shelter for you to eat your food.
• Why not book one of our BBQ's? Each is set within an individual woodland glade with BBQ stand and picnic benches. The cost is £25.
• Alternatively you are welcome to provide your own food

Weather

• Parties go ahead unless the weather is deemed unsafe e.g. storms, lightening, icy conditions, very heavy rain. Children must come dressed appropriately for the weather.

How to book

• Call us at the Forest Office, 01296 625825, to find out availability and make a provisional booking. A booking is confirmed when payment is received.

Cancellation

• Should the party have to be cancelled by the Forestry Commission, it will be re-arranged to another day or a full refund given.
• If the party organiser has to cancel a confirmed booking we will re-arrange the date. A refund (less £10 administration fee) will only be given if the party cannot be re-arranged and cancellation is made more than 1 month before the party.

Behaviour

• The Forestry Commission and the Café in the Woods want the party to be an enjoyable experience for everyone. It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure the good behaviour of all children. Unruly and out of control behaviour may lead to the cancellation of the party.
