Thetford Forest Park offers many facilities suitable for those using wheelchairs and buggies. Most of the trails are reasonably flat but sandy surfaces in some areas make the going more difficult.

High Lodge shop and cafe are fully accessable, with disabled toilet facilities in the Centre and in the toilet block.  An easy access walk with interpretation and play sculptures (not fully accessable) is close by the centre. Visitors to High Lodge can also borrow a wheel chair for the duration of there visit. A mobility scooter is aslo available Wheelchair Mobility Bike ready to go. High Lodge Visitor Centrefor hire.

Mobility Bikes are available to hire from Bike Art at High Lodge. These have been funded through Friends of Thetford Forest and can be viewed on their web site.

Easy Access Trails are also available at St Helen's Picnic Site, Lynford Arboretum and Lakes and High Ash. Disabled Toilets are available at St Helen's Picnic Site (summer only) and Santon Downham.
