Real Christmas Trees, The Natural Choice

From 1st Dec to 23rd Dec, we will have a huge range of Christmas trees on sale at the plant centre from our non drop Christmas trees to the traditional trees and those containerized vNORWAY SPRUCE CHRISTMAS TREEarieties. All our trees come from sustainable sources.

Which Tree?

Norway Spruce: The traditional Christmas tree with a conical structure. The fine needles are a rich green colour and have a distinctive fragrance.

NORDMAN FIR CHRISTMAS TREE

Nordman Fir: Rigid upright stance makes it ideal for decorating. There is excellent retention of the distinctive broad, soft green needles.

Noble Fir: Very well proportioned shape and layered growth with distinctive and fresh fragrance. Excellent retention of blue/grey needles.

Fraser Fir: Beautifully shaped tree with citrus scented foliage and excellent needle retention.

LODGEPOLE PINE CHRISTMAS TREE

Lodgepole Pine: A full, dense tree with a freash green colour. Long, soft needles have a sharp fragrance and are retained well.

Scots Pine: A really fragrant native tree with attractive bushy form. Long blue-green coloured needles are retained well.

  • More than 90 per cent of families put up a Christmas tree.
  • An average Christmas tree can 'drink' as much as a pint of water a day.
  • Each tree contains around 150,000 needles.
  • The fir species tend to hold their needles best, followed by pine trees.
  • In total around 6 million Christmas trees are sold every year.
  • 100,000 are sold by the Forestry Commission.
