Employment Monitoring Data 2006/07

All public authorities are required to monitor their employment functions and policies for any adverse impact on race equality and to make these results public.

As such, the FC publishes its Employment Monitoring Data, (PDF document) by ethnic origin, of:

  • staff in post;
  • applications for employment;
  • members of staff who apply for and receive training;
  • applicants for promotion;
  • members of staff who benefit or suffer disadvantage as a result of performance appraisals;
  • members of staff who are involved in grievance procedures and subject to disciplinary procedures;
  • members of staff who leave; and
  • members of staff by grade.

The information relates to the FC workforce as at 31 March 2007, which includes permanent staff, those on fixed term contract and secondment to the FC. This data has been gathered from relevant HR forms, job applications, training requests, and end of year performance management.

This summary of this data will be published annually.
