Why not volunteer to help out at the Huntly Peregrine WildWatch centre in 2012?

There is a range of activities available for volunteers:

  • Supporting visitors in finding out more about peregrines;
  • Update wildlife surveys;
  • Site maintenance;
  • Working with groups/children; and
  • Monitor recordings and editing of tapes.

If required, we can help volunteers to develop an individual programme.  Students volunteering can use the centre for their studies, including access to materials such as visitor surveys.

Full training is provided.  You'll be given an introduction to forestry, Peregrines and working with the public. There are also opportunities to attend further training by NESBREC and SCRA.

Please note all volunteers must complete a full disclosure background check
