How to book / charges
We ask that all groups that wish to make a booking follow the guidelines below: 1. Telephone the education centre (01666 881234) to confirm the availability of your preferred date and to discuss your requirements. Alternatively, email the education team for a education pack. If your preferred date is available we will provisionally book your visit to Westonbirt.
2. To confirm this date you must complete and return the booking form. Following the return of your completed booking form you will receive a confirmation pack. For led visits this will include a confimation letter with the timetable for the day, specific programme details and pre-visit and post-visit activities. Mature students £4.50 For all independent visits please pay at admissions on arrival. Supervisory adults For both led and independent visits, free admission for supervisory adults is offered with the following ratios:
Pre-school and Reception 1 adult : 4 children
Years 1-6 1 adult : 5 pupils
Years 7 and above 1 adult : 10 pupils Any additional adults will be charged £5.50 each.
