Westonbirt offers a wide range of educational services tailored to your needs. However, should your studies fall outside the programmes we offer, please telephone (01666) 881211 to discuss your needs with a member of the Education Team or email.

Pre-school Groups

We offer flexible seasonal activity walks and sensory programmes for pre-school groups that support the Foundation Stage early learning goals and stepping stones.

Primary Schools

For primary schools, we offer a range of staff led programmes that aim to offer you the widest possible choice of lesson topics to ensure you have the flexibility to tailor your Westonbirt visit so that it suits your specific learning objectives. Each programme consists of a logical sequence of fun hands-on activities that reinforce particular National Curriculum and QCA learning objectives while taking advantage of the natural rhythms of the arboretum.  Both KS1 and KS2 programmes are available.

Seconday Schools

Currently we are developing our secondary programmes further. Several of our KS2 programmes are also suitable for lower secondary (Years 7 and 8). Often due to the unique needs of many of our secondary groups, we work closely with the individual teachers to develop group specific programmes.
