Exhibitor and Craft Demonstration stand bookings - please click to enquire for 2008
Exhibitree runs over the August Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 22 to Monday 25 August 2008 and covers all things tree related. In the past this event has attracted over 20,000 people throughout the four day bank holiday weekend.
Entry requirements to exhibitiors and craft demonstrators include that products are wooden or related to trees, the goods are hand made or home made and that they come from a sustainable source. Craft demonstrations are particularly welcome and qualify for a discount on the cost of their stand.
If you have not exhibited at Westonbirt Arboretum before we will need photographic examples of your crafts to be submitted with your booking. This is to ensure that we maintain a high quality show.
Exhibitors can choose from booking a stand inside our large craft marquees, or booking an outdoor stand on a plot only basis. Those booking a plot must hire their marquee from the Forestry Commission or provide their own, which must be in good condition and have effective fire retardant properties.
Westonbirt Arboretum reserves the right to reject bookings from exhibitors and demonstrators without offering an explanation.
