Territorial Mechanical Engineers (TMEs) and Operational Mechanical Engineers (OMEs) are based in offices at Inverness, Dumfries and Welshpool. They are responsible for provision of the fleet and management of workshops. They can provide general information or advice or deal with specific requests on activities in their areas.
