Manchester: Delamere Forest Park - hop on a train from Manchester or Chester and step off into a lush green forest a million miles from the hustle and bustel of city life. More than 10 miles of waymarked walking and cycling trails including a walk around the beautiful Blakemere Moss. If you're feeling adventurous, hike up the hill to take in the magnificent view of seven counties. Surrey: Alice Holt Forest - stimulate the body and mind in this peaceful setting with more than 10 miles of woodland paths. Newcastle: Chopwell Woodland Park - enjoy a stroll beneath the canopy of Tyne and Wear's largest woodland. This 1,000 acre beauty spot contains miles of forest roads and paths ideal for walking and cycling, and has all-ability trails. Bristol: Westonbirt Arboretum - relax and recharge amongst 600 acres of one of the best tree collections in the world. Whether it's to get away from the daily grind and have a bit of "me" time or to power walk around the 17 miles of paths, Westonbirt is a great place to spend the day. North Yorkshire: Dalby - miles of circular trails to explore on foot, on a bike or following an orienteering course. Also the long distance Moor to Sea Cycle Route and, in season, the moorsbus to let you try out a linear route and get picked up elsewhere. Midlands: Cannock Forest - come and find some thinking space and a gentle stroll round our 'Route To Health' sculpture trail or stretch your legs on our waymarked walks, bike trails and orienteering courses. Midlands: Wyre Forest - be inspired in Wyre and allow the ancient woodland to energise you in mind and body.
