Something for everyone

A FAMILY CYCLING ON A FOREST TRAIL IN GLENTRESS FOREST. SCOTTISH BORDERS FDThere really is something for everyone!  With so many people having fun in the forest, Forest Enterprise, the part of the Forestry Commission responsible for managing the forests, is kept very busy providing car parks, toilets, visitor centres and information.

The list below shows how many things there are for visitors in Forestry Commission forests in Great Britain.  All of these need looking after which costs money.  Although many activities are free, sometimes Forest Enterprise makes a charge (like for the Forest Drives) to help them pay for looking after everything.
