To consider a Report on Progress with implementing recommendations of the Forum's Working Groups on Working Groups on: Business Advice, Training and Support; Land Regeneration; Regional Issues; Land Use Planning; Protection of Ancient Woodlands; Community Forestry; Landscape; and Funding.

4. Regional Issues Paper 2/02

To consider proposals from the Forestry Commission for taking forward the recommendations of the Forum's Regional Issues Working Group.

5. Forestry Forum Ad-Hoc Working Groups

To receive progress reports from the working Groups on:

Forestry and Biodiversity Oral Report

6. DEFRA Forestry Functions Paper 4/02

To receive a paper on the forestry functions of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

7. The England Biodiversity Strategy: Woodland and Forestry
Workstream Paper 5/02

To note an information paper on work in progress to prepare the forestry and woodland components of the England Biodiversity Strategy.

8. Woodland Grant Scheme Discretionary Scoring System Paper 6/02

To note an information paper on the results of the consultation on Discretionary Grants for New Planting in England.

To note an updated summary of action planned or underway to implement the England Forestry Strategy.
