Trail description

Horse riding along a dappled woodland trail

This horse riding trail starts from the Grove Car park (approximately two miles along the Forest Drive from the Visitor Centre). Turn left out of the car park following the waymarker tiles (white arrows on a purple background) and ride over the refurbished stone bridge opposite the Grove house. Take the first right up a rough track for 800m then turn left at the Downhill cabin. The route has good views over the Bedburn valley and passes through a variety of woodlands and more open spaces.
