Be safe and have fun

  • Our Phone Trails are DIY – some of our forests have waymarked trails that you can follow, but in most cases, you choose the route.
  • We don’t want you to get lost, so please remember the path you have followed, in case you need to turn back.
  • You can walk pretty much anywhere on Forestry Commission land, unless there are forest operations happening. Please make sure you read and follow all safety notices.
