Terms and conditions - Goodie bag competition

  1. Everyone who submits a completed ‘learning activity feedback’ questionnaire, and enters their email address on the final page will be entered into a prize draw to win a Forestry Commission goodie bag. 
  2. The prize is a Forestry Commission goodie bag.
  3. There is no cash alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason a redraw will take place.
  4. The closing date for the draw will be midnight on 31st December 2016.
  5. The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date, through an independent process.
  6. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date by email.
  7. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Forestry Commission Learning Manager, 620 Bristol Business Park, BS16 1EJ.
  8. The Forestry Commission’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  10. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  11. By entering this competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  12. The Forestry Commission reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
