23/09/11 - 'Intent to Award' letter issued to contractor. Aim to announce in first week of October who will be carrying out the work.
w/c 26/09/11 - temporary lane closure of the A82 will be in operation to allow laser-scan surveying of the hillside to allow detailed planning of  geological works for our 3-year programme.
22/09/11 community and road users urged to start thinking of work-around for road closure.
20/09/11: meeting arranged with emergency service to discuss service alterations for weekend of works. (Meeting date Wednesday 28 September).
15/09/11: protection measures include FCS monitoring the rock by camera.
14/09/11:Transerve has erected illuminated road signs on the A82 warning of potential rock fall on either side of the site.
