In this role you will support and represent the forest district team in advice and guidance on conservation aspects of managing the public estate. You will also undertake delegated field based surveys, manage conservation projects and guide forest operations on behalf of the conservation manager.
Applicants must have knowledge of Environmental Legislation and experience of delivering survey and monitoring based fieldwork, within the discipline of conservation projects, and woodland management or conservation woodland based projects. Competence with Microsoft office and GIS is also essential.
You must be able to converse fluently in Welsh.
