The Forestry Commission (GB) has prepared a Consultation on proposals to amend the Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) Regulations 2006 which concerns the import inspection charges levied on consignments of controlled timber entering Great Britain from third countries.
It sets out details of the proposed increased fees for documentary, identity and plant health checks of bulk and containerised timber consignments.
