The park is open all year round (apart from Christmas Day) from 8:00am till dusk.

How to find us
Sherwood Pines Forest Park is located in the Heart of Sherwood Forest on the B6030 east of Kings Clipstone.
If coming via the bus take the number 14 or 15 to Kirton or Walesby from Mansfield bus station. They run every 1/2 hour Monday - Saturday and every hour on Sundays. Please check details with Stagecoach.

Parking
We have a large landscaped car park with good access to the visitor centre area. This is supplemented with larger surrounding car parks that are used for events and weekends.
Easy Access Parking Spaces are located within the main car park next to the main access paths.
Coach Parking is also available for visiting groups and schools.
Please contact the Forest Office if you are intending on bringing a coach group, as space is limited at peak periods.
Toilets
Our toilet block is located between Go Ape and the Café and is open year round. Each Toilet has baby changing facilities.
Places to Eat
If you are hungry or thirsty after your forest adventure why not call in the Café for some refreshment. Open year round for fresh and seasonal food and drink.
