Oak Lodge is a separate one level building set in it's own grounds at High Lodge. It is a 3 minute walk from the Forest Centre and has a large meeting room that can accommodate up to 18 delegates in 'board room' style, up to 20 delegates in 'U shape style' and 45 delegates in 'theatre style' seating. Oak Lodge has it's own toilet facilities and french doors, which can be opened onto a grassed area. It is available to hire for corporate functions from Monday to Friday, during normal Centre opening hours.
The cost of hiring Oak Lodge is £200 for a full day (8 hours) and £125 for a half day (4 hours). In addition, we offer a delegate package (from £5.00 per person) that includes a serving of tea or coffee and biscuits, jugs of water and mints, equipment hire and site entry fees for delegates.
