This is a customer facing technical support role where customer service is paramount. You will provide support for the IT infrastructure that enables Forestry Commission IT business applications to meet customer requirements.
Experience in an IT related support role, proficient in the use of "System" software, common elements of IT Infrastructure and the use of everyday desktop software are essential. A degree/HND or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline, be familiar with tool(s) or system(s) which provide access security control are desirable.
