
Forest Enterprise Scotland Head Office, Inverness
£9,823 per annum (pro-rata to full time equivalent of £16,154)
Monday to Wednesday, 22.5 hours per week
You will act as first point of contact on reception at the Forest Enterprise Scotland head office dealing with incoming telephone calls and any visitors to the office. You will also perform general administration duties including typing services, distributing mail and organising travel and accommodation.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience of working within a receptionist or administrative role and a minimum of 5 Standard Grades (grade 1 to 3, including English and Maths) or equivalent.
