Came to see Paloma Faith and had an amazing time until we left to come home, I could not believe the chaos on the way out even the officials were doing nothing to help, surely this does need to be sorted

Glad to hear you enjoyed the show, unfortunately a car broke down in the gateway on egress whcih considerably slowed things up, apologies for any inconvenience.

Great night ! Tom Odell was amazing and Rae Morris as support was fantastic as well. I agree with a previous comment that a big screen would be good.

Really enjoyed Paloma Faith.

This was the only positive of the whole experience.

Be aware that there are very long delays - we arrived at 17.00 but Paloma did not come on stage until 21.00.

If you bring a picnic you will have to sit well away from the stage.

People will be constantly pushing past you to stand in front of you near the stage.

If you arrive early it will take you two hours to get out of the car park, during which time there is just one portaloo for the hundreds of people stuck in their cars. They close the main loos in the visitor centre - apparently they need them clean for the morning!

Not an experience I wish to repeat.

For the same price I could have had good seats in a formal venue.

Thank you for your comments. Running times are published above giving the option to choose whether to arrive early or just befor live music starts. We operate a standing area at the front of the stage so that those who wish to stand are not miexed with those sitting in chairs, for safet reasons. Apologies for the delay on exit, this was made worse when a car proke down in the gateway. Thank you for supporting our work by attending a concert at Westonbirt Arboretum, please be assured we will take your comments into consideration when reviewing the event.
