Paul Weller concert. Not enough toilets in the arena and within the car parks. Queue for toilets ridiculous. People were using the woods. Asked to leave the arena to go the car just before Paul Weller came on, refused to let me out unless it was a 'medical emergency'. Never been refused to leave a venue ...

Thanks for your comments. We exceed the recommended number of toilets for the audience size but appreciate that there will be queues in peak times. We have found unfortunately that when the main act is due on stage or on stage in the past some people exit the arena to cause problems in the car parks so it our policy to stop exit and reaadmission at this time. We're sorry that these issues affected your enjoyment of the evening.

The Paul Weller concert was one of the best organised events of this kind we have ever attended. The area in the arena where you could put out picnic chairs still gave a fantastic view of the stage, and the parking was really well-organised, especially afterwards. Despite staying until the very end of the show, we sat in a stationary queue for no more than about 10 minutes before a marshall signalled us to use another exit - well done to all concerned.
