The Better Woodlands for Wales Stakeholder Group was set up in 2006, following the launch of BWW.
Purpose:
to provide key stakeholders with progress reports on BWW
provide a forum to consider ongoing developments of BWW ans discuss the impact
to discuss any perfomrance indicators or reports
to consider the impact of external influences on the scheme
to provide a forum to exchange information on BWW
Meetings: twice a year
Composition of group:
Public sector - DRAH, CCW, Cadw, WLGA, Coed Cymru
Industry/Vountary Sector - ConFOr, CLA, Institute of Chartered Foresters, Wales Environment Link, CCFG
Organisations invited for specific topics - FUW, NFU, Environment Agency, Wales Deer Initiative
