Equality schemes and monitoring reports
The Equality Act 2010 requires us to publish evidence to demonstrate how we are meeting our duties under the Act. Our annual Monitoring Reports detail our approach to equality and diversity for our staff and our customers.
Monitoring Report 2010 -2011 (PDF-312kb)
Before the Equality Act 2010 we were legally required to publish equality schemes every three years, and annual monitoring reports, in respect of gender, disability and race.
The schemes publicly outline our commitment to embedding diversity into our everyday business and to seeking to identify and address potential barriers. The annual monitoring reports detail our progress and highlight good work from across the organisation.
Current schemes and monitoring reports are available below. Previous monitoring reports are available via the link at the bottom of the page.
