Forestry Commission Concerts - General Information
Seating: All arenas are unseated and concerts are general admission only. You are welcome to bring folding picnic chairs or rugs. Bar & Catering: A full licensed bar and a variety of hot food outlets will be available at all venues. You are welcome to bring picnics, but please note items such as glass, cans, metal cutlery and large containers are not usually permitted into the arena. Please check the terms and conditions carefully for restricted items. Terms & Conditions: View the full terms and conditions for all concerts. Disabled facilities: Parking, toilets and optional viewing platform at every venue. For more information, contact the box office on 01842 814612. Site opening times: Concert arenas open at approximately 18.00 (6pm), with live music starting from approximately 19:30 (7:30pm). Dogs: Assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb the animal. No other dogs allowed on site. Weather: Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, except in circumstances where the conditions at the venue are deemed unsafe or unfeasible to proceed with the event. We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we can not permit umbrellas to be taken into the arena. Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable unless the organiser cancels the event. For your Safety & Enjoyment: - Exposure to loud music can injure your hearing.
- Lasers maybe used as part of the performance.
- Some events may include strobe lighting.
- Excessive consumption of alcohol can cause harm.
- You are advised to wear suitable clothing/footwear for forest venues.
- Forest sites do not have public telephones and some sites have poor mobile reception.
- Seating brought into the venue will not be allowed in the designated standing zone directly in front of the stage.
- No camping will be allowed on site or in the car park area
- Cars should not be left overnight in the car parks
