North England Forest District
On the 1st January 2012 the management of the public forests in Cumbria, North Lancashire, Northumberland and North Durham came together under a new North England Forest District with the District office based in Bellingham.

Central Forest District
The management of Delamere and the public forests around Manchester and Liverpool is now co-ordinated by a new Central Forest District with its District office at Sherwood.
