Neath Abbey Woodlands Project, Neath Abbey

This project is to make better use of woodlands by improving the condition of the woods, improving access and involving the community of Neath Abbey for educational and recreational value. The site comprises of a section of the valley of the River Clydach known locally as the Cwm, a wooded valley called "Coed Bach" and a wooded hillock known as "Coed Y Graig". Works include woodland management, access improvements, fencing and the provision of bilingual interpretation material in the woodlands.
