Cydcoed Phase I All projects are on track for completion by 31 December 2003 or agreed modest extensions. We have given £3.53M in grants to community groups so far and are on track to give slightly more than our target by making savings in staff costs and other project costs. We should be within 10% of our financial profile at end December 2003. Cydcoed Phase II Two projects in progress. 1 bid approved and the contract offered to the community group. 1 bid currently being considered. 150 potential projects on our books. New ideas for potential projects are still very welcome and will be for the foreseeable future. We particularly need projects that involve several woods or involve one wood for not very much money. We are still behind on our financial profile but will catch-up by end March 2004. Team news Marie, Louise and Dom have finally moved into their new office.
