Total area of woodland under 10 ha

Year 1 claim £1,500/ha Challenge payment
70% X £700/ha BL Planting Grant
Plus £600/ha Better Land Contribution
Year 1 Total £2,590/ha

Year 5 Claim 30% X £700/ha Conifer Plant Grant
Total = £210/ha

Total WGS Grants = £2,800/ha

In addition FWPS payments will be made annually for 10 years.
