Finish off the dinner table in style with this easy to make table decoration.

• A takeaway container lid
• Glue stick
• Tea light candle
• Conifer branch cuttings
• Pine cones
• Glitter

1. 
   

   Place the lid on a flat surface, silver side facing up. Put a large spot of glue in the middle and stick down the tea candle.

2. 
   

   Cover as much of the lid as you want with glue and sprinkle with glitter.

3. Now cut the branches and twigs to preferred size. Add a thick dab of glue to the branches and stick to the lid. Remember these can be laid flat or stand upright to give the decoration some height.

4. 
   

   Finally, dab some glue on the pine cones and stick them on the lid.

   Make sure the candle can be lit without setting fire to the twigs or cones.
