Dear Sir/ Madam, I am compiling a list of places in Hampshire which are ■dog friendly■ for a website I am creating. Are dogs allowed anywhere at your attraction? If they are, do you have any dog policies or provide any facilities e.g. water bowls? Kind regards,

Unfortunately we went when when the weather was damp and were not able to see any reptiles. The staff were very pleasant and interactive but best to go on a warm day.

Dear New Forest Reptile Centre, I am an animal keeper at Woodlands Leisure Park near Dartmouth in Devon. We have an array of reptiles here in our zoo and next year we are carrying out native reptile surveying across the site which consists of 90 acres of mixed habitats. As a zoo, we are obviously subject to zoo licensing, part of which is to be more active with regards to conservation. We are particularly interested in the possibilities regarding native reptiles. For example, we would like to participate in a breeding programme or to be considered as a release site. We are willing to build extra enclosures and to put time and effort into it. I am friends with the reptile department at Paignton Zoo and we are interested in trying to construct a similar native reptile exhibition, obviously for which we would need to source the correct animals and I was wondering if you could help with this, or if you have any advice or thoughts on my suggestion. I was also wondering if myself and another keeper would be able to visit your centre even though you are now closed to have a look at your facilities, animals and set up. Yours Sincerely, Victoria Buller
