Orienteering at Bennachie

About Orienteering at Bennachie

This series of events are designed to introduce people to the sport and encourage them to make the most of the facilities for orienteers around the Bennachie Centre. Trained Coaches will be on hand to provide basic instruction on techniques, route planning and navigation.

All the events will be based around the Bennachie Centre. They will be open to everyone (children and adults)though children under eight years may prefer to be with a parent or older child. Every other month there are corresponding events at Kirkhill near Aberdeen.

If you want more information about the events contact Mark Reeve on 07990 802879 or mark.reeve@forestry.gsi.gov.uk.
