Red Cycle Route
 

The Red route is a difficult and taxing ride. It is mostly single track winding between the trees and is a step up from the Green or Blue routes. For aspiring cyclists who enjoy a challenge. Not recommended for cyclists under 12 years. Both the Red and Black cycle routes have alternative along some sections. Please observe signs in the Forest. These alternatives will continue throughout the winter.

How to get there:

Red Cycle Route can be started from High Lodge Forest Centre in Thetford Forest Park. Brandon is the nearest town or village.

The forest drive and entrance is located on the B1107 Thetford to Brandon Road, approximately 4 miles from Thetford and half a mile from Brandon. Follow the Forest Road for about 1½ miles and you will enter the car parking area. A forest access charge applies. (Post code IP27 0AF)
