Blue Cycle Route

This route is easy / moderate. The trails are open with variable surfaces. It is recommended that users are experienced cyclists and have a good level of fitness, but the route length can be reduced by using the short cut. The Blue Cycle Route is located in Brandon Country Park. This loop can be linked with the High Lodge Green Cycle Route to lengthen the trails. Please note that the Blue route will be closed on 15th and 16th November 2008. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How to get there:

Blue Cycle Route can be started from High Lodge Forest Centre in Thetford Forest Park. Brandon is the nearest town or village.

The forest drive and entrance is located on the B1107 Thetford to Brandon Road, approximately 4 miles from Thetford and half a mile from Brandon. Follow the Forest Road for about 1½ miles and you will enter the car parking area. A forest access charge applies. (Post code IP27 0AF)
