The information you supply will allow us to process your request, and will be held for up to two years from the date of receipt, in order that:
- a.) we have a record of who to contact should we need to liaise with customers during or after the SIFT process
- b.) we can gather sufficient data over time to build a picture of the nature of SIFT requests which will enable us to monitor usage and improve the service.
It will not be used for any other purpose.
